Terms & Conditions

We expect YOU to know ALL the following BEFORE walking into your appointment:

  • How to label the file. Ex.(Name_Role_Agent)

  • How to frame your audition.

  • What kind of slate is required.

  • Any special requirements or instructions.

  • What email addresses to send your audition.

*TIP #1 (Print instructions, write it down on the back of your sides, or take a picture for easy reference so you can focus on the acting and less on technical aspects!)

*TIP #2 (If sending to multiple emails, put them in the notes section, along with the time and day it is due.)

Before arriving at your schedule appointment, make sure you read the following:

  • If you need to CANCEL your booking text me ASAP@404-539-6882.  (min 4 hour notice) No call/no shows are subject to full session fees.  Cancelling less than 4 hours $10 minimum charge.

  • If there is a TIGHT DEADLINE or quick turnaround, (Ex. your audition is scheduled at 10am and it is due at noon THE SAME DAY) please make us aware in the notes section when scheduling! You will need to allow 5-10 minutes (depending on length of the audition) to edit and finalize your audition within your session time if you are expecting to get it within the hour.

  • IF YOU BOOK A LAST MINUTE SAME DAY AUDITION, TEXT 404-388-4882 IMMEDIATELY TO ENSURE SOMEONE IS THERE TO TAPE.  I CANNOT GUARANTEE I WILL BE ABLE TO HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE.  Ex. (It is 1pm now and you book a slot for 130 or 2pm the same day.)  

  • Treat this as a live audition.  Be prepared.  Do your homework.  Know all technical instructions before you arrive. Have fun!

  • Be professional.  

  • Be on time.  On time is early.  Your time starts at your scheduled appointment.  If you’re 15 minutes late, you just spent $15.
